Eighteen years as a postural specialist, working with people who are done guessing and ready for real answers.
If you keep getting the same pain, stiffness, or movement problem no matter what you try, I help you understand what's actually driving the pattern, and what to do about it.
You may be a good fit if:
The Same Problem, Different Reasons
"I want to get on the floor with my grandkids and know I'm getting back up."
"I sit at a desk all day, and by the end of it my neck and hips are wrecked."
"I'm not trying to become an athlete. I just don't want my body to feel old."
"My body performs at a high level, so small problems stop being small."
"I just had a baby, and I can't tell anymore if I'm sore from her or from just trying to hold everything together."
This probably isn't for you if:
You might be wondering how a specialist trained in hands-on bodywork can actually help you through a screen. Most of what changes your body isn't my hands. It's my eyes.
Nearly two decades of watching how bodies move has taught me to trace patterns most people miss: a restriction in your hip connected to the tension in your shoulder, or the headache you get every afternoon tied to how you've been sitting for ten years. I call that process anatomical math™.
Anatomical math™: tracing how one point in your body connects to another, to find where a problem actually starts.
It's how I read what's actually happening in your body, and it doesn't require me in the room. It requires me watching you move, asking the right questions, and knowing exactly where to look.
A fitness app can only work from what you type into it: your age, your goals, what hurts. I work from what your body actually does when you move, including the compensations you don't know you're making.
Tailored to you, not your dataset.
From there, I guide you through targeted movement, self-release techniques, and postural corrections you do yourself, with me watching, adjusting, and coaching you in real time. You do the work. I make sure you're doing the right work, in the right order, for your specific body.
That's the difference between generic online workouts and actual coaching: someone doing the anatomical math for you, live, every session.
How you stand, walk, squat, reach, and move. The small compensations most people never notice, because they've been living with them for years.
I trace the relationships between joints, muscles, posture, and movement, tracking where one restriction is quietly creating a chain reaction somewhere else. That's anatomical math™.
You learn what to change and how to do it yourself, with me watching, adjusting, and correcting in real time until it's right.
You do the work. I make sure you're doing the right work, in the right order, for your specific body.
A live Discovery session, watching and coaching in real time.
I've been doing this since 2007, trained through ACE, the CHEK Institute, Yoga Tune Up, FMS, and the Roll Model Method, studying fascia, posture, and movement mechanics from every angle that matters. I've worked with national-level athletes in Trinidad and built a specialist mobility practice in Hamilton. But the credentials aren't what define my work.
What I do is solve movement problems using what I call anatomical math™: tracing how every joint, muscle, and fascial line influences the rest of the body to find where the problem actually starts. Pain is usually the symptom, not the source. My job is finding the restriction creating the chain reaction.
Nearly two decades in, most of my clients don't come for a handful of sessions. They stay for years. Not because they need endless treatment, but because once they understand their body, they have someone who keeps helping them adapt as life changes.
You can get exercises anywhere, free and instant. Google, YouTube, an app, ChatGPT. They can all give you an answer based on what you typed in: the same stretch for everyone with your complaint, with no way to know if you're actually doing it right.
I watch you do it instead. I catch what you're compensating around, not just what you told me hurts, and if something's not working I change it on the spot.
That's the difference. Not better exercises. Someone actually watching.
A real 45-minute working session, not a sales call.
Your $97 consult fee credits toward your first month of coaching if you continue. No long-term commitment required to start.
A written document covering what I'm seeing structurally, in your pain history, and in your whole-body pattern, plus a specific recommended path forward. Yours to keep.
Not a generic template. Sequenced specifically to your findings and paced to what your body can actually integrate.
Whether you continue into coaching or not, you leave knowing exactly what's going on and what to do next. No pressure, no dangling questions.
A sample page, anonymized, from an actual client document.
Ongoing 1:1 access, twice weekly, 60 minutes per session via Google Meet.
Every client starts somewhere different and needs something different. That's not something one session can capture.
For some it's simple: you want an online trainer who actually sees you, not a template. For others it's deeper, ongoing correction. Either way, I'm not running the same program on everyone.
Coaching isn't eight repeated sessions. It's watching, adjusting, and building the plan around your body as it changes, not the other way around.
Canadian clients: $700 CAD/month, or $1,800 CAD for a 12-week package
I keep my coaching roster capped at 6-8 clients at a time, so every session gets real attention, not divided focus.
"I worked with Blaise in person for personal training and bodywork sessions for over a year. When my husband Daniel and I moved away, the last thing I expected was for the sessions to keep working just as well online. They do. Blaise understands movement and the human body unlike anyone else I've worked with. I was in a serious car accident years ago and have seen every kind of therapist: massage, osteo, chiro, physio, you name it. Nobody has worked through chronic pain and stiffness the way Blaise does. What surprised me most is that her ability to spot what's actually going on doesn't disappear just because she's not in the room."
"Blaise is an exceptional fitness trainer. She is knowledgeable about anatomy, health, injury-prevention, and mobility. But it's not just Blaise's knowledge that makes her great. It's her commitment to trainees. Blaise continually plans and adjusts her clients' fitness work based on their goals, progress, pain and injuries, schedules, and personal needs. She effortlessly achieves the all-too-rare balance between kindness and professionalism, encouragement and accountability, and accommodation and structure. I couldn't be happier with her as my trainer!"
I read posture the way most people read a room. The way you hold your shoulders, carry your hips, or brace your neck isn't random. It's the physical record of stress, old injuries, and years of compensating for something nobody ever addressed. My job is finding that record and changing it.
I didn't start here. I went to college for fashion arts, trained to look at a body and design something built to fit it precisely. Motherhood pulled me away from clothing and toward function, but the skill never left. I still look at a body and design something specific to it. I just design programs instead of garments now.
I've spent nearly two decades doing this work. Since 2007, training through ACE, the CHEK Institute, Yoga Tune Up, FMS, and the Roll Model Method, and working hands-on with national-level athletes in Trinidad before building a specialist mobility practice in Hamilton. Along the way I coined the term anatomical math™ to describe how I actually work: tracing how one restriction in your body creates a chain reaction somewhere else, instead of treating whatever hurts today and calling it done.
Most of my clients come to me after they've already tried the obvious things: more stretching, another massage, a different gym program, and none of it stuck because none of it addressed where the problem actually started. I don't guess. I look at how you move, ask the right questions, and tell you exactly what I'm seeing and why.
If you're done guessing and ready for a real answer, that's what a Discovery Consult is for.

No specialized equipment is required to start. Anything useful will be simple and affordable, and I'll tell you exactly what to grab before we begin.
No. This is corrective, posture-based coaching that looks at the whole body as one connected system, not a generic workout plan.
Most of my clients have, and both do real work. What I do is different: I watch how you move, trace the compensations connecting one area to another, and coach you through changing them over time. That's not a replacement for either one. It's a different lens on the same problem.
Yes. Most of what I'm looking for isn't something I need my hands for. It's how you move, where you compensate, and what patterns show up when you walk, stand, or reach. A clear video call shows me what I need to see.
Yes. Coaching is fully online and works from anywhere with a stable video connection. Several of my clients are already outside Canada.
You'll get a short intake, then we meet live for your Discovery Consult. Afterward, you receive a custom PDF report, regardless of what you decide next.
One session. A real answer. Anatomical math™ applied to your specific body.
